We offer non-alcoholic wine alternatives and non-alcoholic sparkling wine alternatives. We provide a 14-day return policy if the products are unopened, unaltered, and undamaged. 4. Pricing, Orders, and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in RON and include VAT. We reserve the right to change the pricing of our products at any time without prior notice. We use third-party payment processing services, such as Stripe, to securely process payments, and all payment fees are included at the checkout. 5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is free for orders above 250 RON within Romania.
We encourage delivery to lockers.
We use various couriers and carriers for the shipping and delivery of our products. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.

6. International Shipping

International deliveries may take longer, as they are processed and fulfilled by our international forwarders.
Delivery is free for international orders above 500 RON.
International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country and can be calculated at the time of checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to their order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as international customs processing or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the products if they are unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected].
Refunds will only be provided if required by law. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will confirm the refund’s approval or rejection via email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

A. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Le Mat. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange the purchased items under the following conditions:
a. The items must be in their original, unused, and sale-able condition, with all original
tags and packaging intact.
b. You must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Upon approval of your request, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please ensure that you follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays or complications.
The cost of returning or exchanging products will be borne by the customer, unless the product is deemed to be faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or send the replacement product, as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, typically within 5 business days of approval.

B. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at [email protected]. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped or processed, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return procedure outlined above.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for reasons such as, but not limited to, non-availability of the product, errors in product or pricing information, or any other reason that may impact the fulfillment of the order. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

C. Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide a detailed description of the problem and accompanying photos, if possible. We will investigate the issue and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
The return shipping costs for damaged or defective products will be covered by Le Mat.
